Where do you serve?
Act One Limo is based in Delray Beach and serves South Florida, including Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood, Miami, and Palm Beach airports, Port Everglades, the Port of Miami, and the Port of Palm Beach, plus point-to-point trips in the surrounding area.
How do I book?
Open the booking page and use the reservation system there. You can also call (561) 272-7027, or email info@act1limo.com.
How do airport pickups work?
For curbside pickup, collect your luggage and then call (561) 272-7027. The vehicle meets you at the curb in front of the terminal. For an inside pickup, your chauffeur waits at the bottom of the escalator on the baggage-claim level with a sign showing your last name. If you cannot find the chauffeur, stay in the terminal and call.
How many passengers can you take?
Executive and luxury sedans seat 3. The crossover seats up to 6, and the full-size luxury SUV seats up to 7. The stretch limousine seats up to 10. Both Sprinters seat up to 14.
Can you accommodate a wheelchair or a pet?
Wheelchair assistance and pet carriers are available when you request them before the ride.
What is included in the fare?
A 20% gratuity is added to fares. Waiting time is $45 an hour, billed in half-hour increments. An extra stop is $15. Airport pickups add $5, seaport pickups add $10, and pickups between midnight and 6 a.m. add $10. Tolls, parking, and airport or seaport access fees are separate. As-directed hourly service has a three-hour minimum.
